This a pup were you know were you stand, and if you cant handle it, then you probable shouldn't be there!! Great characters come and go through theses doors, there`s never a dull moment here, You can walk through there`s doors and literally meet the most unusual characters you will ever meet(nice way!!!).........Why do I know cause I use to work there!!!!

Never one to shy away from a challenge I ventured in. What I witnessed was indeed a rough pub; old school vibe, dodgy carpet etc.
What I also witnessed was friendly people from all walks of life, great staff, pool table and what I think of when I envisage I really British pub.
Dogs were allowed in, kids having a birthday party, and staff were awesome.
Yes it's old school. It's also a great place place. Recommended to all.
